CHRISTIAN KLIMKE

Christian Klimke, owner of tectum - raum&zeit | filmgeräteverleih, is a Highspeed Operator, DIT and Stereographer. He was working as technical director and author on the award-winning research and training project s3DNOW!.

Previously, he was working at Camelot Broadcast Services GmbH where he built up and managed the HD and 3D Department. His SlowMotion experiences influenced the development of the highspeed camera Olympus i-Speed PL. In recent years, he has given several workshops on various topics at INSIGHT OUT, HandsON HD or Talent Campus of the Berlinale.

Since 1998, Christian worked as a freelance camera assistant and DIT for a variety of productions and had to deal with the HD technology early on.

From 2007 to 2012 he was employed by Camelot. He was responsible for multi-camera productions, Stereo3D productions as well as TV Series, Commercials and Highspeed Shoots. Since 2010, he regularly works as Highspeed Operator and Stereographer.

TORSTEN SCHIMMER

Torsten Schimmer, owner of tectum - raum&zeit | filmgeräteverleih, works as DOP and Stereographer. Among his current projects are short films for Disney and Huawei. Both projects were shot with innovative Equipment such as Hybrid3D and a 180 degrees camera rig. In addition, he conducted the Highspeed / S3D Workshop at the award-winning training workshop INSIGHT OUT.

Torsten Schimmer studied media and computer science at the HTW Berlin. He graduated in 2006 with a degree in computer science. While studying Torsten worked in the TV channels SAT1 and PRO7 and at the International Academy of Film and Television (IAFT) in Cebu as a camera assistant.

After completing his studies he worked for FashionTV in the Philippines and Singapore. During this time he completed over 2000 hours as an underwater cameraman focusing on fashion and modeling.

The following two years Torsten worked as a cinematographer at Bigfoot Entertainment. Since April 2009 he is a freelance cameraman.

MARKUS AHA

Markus Aha completed his international Baccalaureate in Paris. He studied philosophy in Berlin and dramaturgy in Munich. Later he worked as a director and editor for international film and television productions in Germany, France and the United States. Markus was born in 1969 and lives in Berlin.

He is the owner of aha.media. Established as a post production house, especially aha. dimensions has advanced in the field of stereoscopy and is a specialized division for Stereo3D productions since 2010. Through a variety of 3D productions at locally and abroad aha. dimensions was able acquire a wide-ranging know-how, both technically and creatively.

With a sophisticated 3D workflow and an experienced team aha. dimensions can offer an all-round service for all long and short formats as well as corporate projects. Whether Cinema, 3DTV or Autostereo aha media coaches your 3D project from planning to playback.

NORBERT VANDER

Norbert Vander started his career as a photographer in Hamburg in the late 70s. After his apprenticeship, he travelled the world as a photographer for a few years before he studied Directing at the New York Film School. For approximately 20 years he has worked in commercials and image films as a Director and usually writing the scripts himself. Some of his car commercials have achieved cult status.

His clients include Bayer, RWE, Thyssen Krupp, Volkswagen, Toyota and the leading advertising agencies at home and abroad.

Vander teaches at the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel stereoscopy, dramaturgy and directing and has implemented numerous projects in the past years which also won several awards.

SÖNKE KIRCHHOF

Sönke Kirchhof was born in 1981 in Bremen and works in the film industry since 2000. After studying political science at the University of Hamburg, he passed his diploma at the "Academy of Film and Television" in Potsdam / Babelsberg with "summa cum laude". During his studies, he received several scholarships including the Verwertungsgesellschaft der Film- und Fernsehproduzenten (VFF), the Insight Out Academy or the Foundation for German-Israeli Future Forum.

In 2006, he founded the production company reallifefilm international, where he is a managing partner and producer up to this day. The company specializes in the realization of stereoscopic content of all genres, from documentaries to fiction as well as live and Live-to-Tape. In addition to the acquisition of real images, another focus is the use of VFX and CGI. In recent years, Sönke Kirchhof managed S3D projects throughout Europe and the United States as a producer, supervisor, senior Stereographer and as a consultant.

BENJAMIN ERDENBERGER

Benjamin Erdenberger is an absolute expert when it comes to set lighting. Since 2008 he works as a gaffer for feature films, commercials and music videos. In addition, he is a consultant for events and theater production.
