First Berlinale for tectum raum&zeit

Our first Berlinale lies behind us and it is time for a little retrospective and special thanks.
tectum raum&zeit took part in the realization of the Post Production Studio Workshops as an official sponsor of the Berlinale Talent Campus. Birgit Gudjonsdottir and Dirk Meier were the mentors of the workshop. In addition to this workshop, there was an intensive lecture with David Leitner dealing with the dynamic range of the Canon cameras.

Approx. 300 selected talents from all over the world had the opportunity to participate in the program. Beside an Arri Alexa and a RED Epic Canon provided their full range of camera models. Among them the C500, C300 (both PL and EF mount), 1DC and 5DMKIII. All cameras were used and compared in the workshop. Also interesting was the large range of lenses which were available for the workshop: Arri Master Primes, Canon EF CinePrimes, Fujinon Cabrio Zoom 19-90mm, Canon PL Zoom 14.5 - 60mm and a huge selection of Canon EF lenses. Most footage was recorded in camera. The Arri Alexa was as well captured externally on a Gemini with Arri RAW-Update.
